It was so fun to watch him grow into a spunky little one year old. I was so excited to shoot their family session this fall. G was almost 18 months old and had already changed so much since I had seen him at 1 year.

We had a gorgeous fall evening for our session and the colors mom picked for the session were perfect with the warm colors of the leaves. Loved how this session turned out.

It was a crazy fall and the blog took a big back seat. So I’m still playing catch up. Although looking at all of these summer and fall images makes me yearn for the warmth. It was such a nice fall! I think I was doing outdoor sessions into November…in North Dakota?! Yes, exactly what I was thinking too!

I traveled out to the M family’s farm for our session. I am so glad I did. They had a gorgeous section of land and right away I spotted the tree rows with the sun shining into them. It was the perfect spot! The boys cracked me up, telling me jokes and keeping me on my toes!

I had so much fun with this family and loved how their session turned out! So get ready for a big share!

It’s so fun to take a break from running after little kids and get some gorgeous shots of seniors! I love being able to give direction and they just take it and look beautiful!

I got the chance to meet up with Allison twice for her senior pictures. We did a session in the summer on very hot, humid day! Then we met up for a mini session this fall. We were able to find some amazing fall colors on a few trees and love how they turned out.

Sammy came all the way from Dickinson to see me. We had a few reschedules because of the crazy wind that burdened us this fall, but we finally found a gorgeous night with just a bit of wind. I’m so glad she chose fall! The colors of the trees with her skin were perfect! We had a lot of fun at her session and she was a natural in front of the camera!
